  • Technical Interview:

After successfully passing the technical assessment, I was invited for an in-person technical interview with a senior developer and a team lead. This interview delved into my technical skills and problem-solving abilities. They asked me to write code on a whiteboard and discuss my thought process as I solved problems. The interviewers were supportive and provided guidance when necessary.

The Interviewers:

I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the interviewers. They seemed genuinely interested in my success and were open to discussing the company’s values, mission, and work culture. They encouraged me to ask questions, which gave me valuable insights into the day-to-day work at CRADLEPOINT Tech Solutions.

Conclusion:
