Mallow Technologies Interview Experience for Junior Developer FTE (On-Campus)

Hello there,

I have recently attended a placement drive conducted by Mallow Technologies in my college through which I got my job as a junior developer on the 27th of May 2023.

The interview took place for two days and had two rounds

First Round: 25 aptitude questions and 2 programming questions (A total of 426 appeared in this round and only 14 were selected for the next). 4hrs duration

Second Round: One programming question which is comparatively harder than the first one. A technical HR and final HR happened on the same day in which all 14 attended the technical HR and only 5 attended the final among whom only three got a offer.

I am currently undergoing training which will happen for three months with no pay and I will have to attend another interview after this training to start with my internship.
