Cognizant Interview Experience for PA

I have secured an offer at Cognizant through College campus placements. I’m here to share my experience with you all. it would be helpful for someone.

Generally, as usual, the first round was the Aptitude round. You can clear this round easily.

The second round was the Communication test. Here they checked our grammar and communication level.

The third round was Face to Face Interview. This round was more important than the first two. They asked questions from Python, data structures(definition & principle is enough), then gave programming problems (simple problems), aptitude questions (we have to say the logic), and some situation-based questions.

Then they asked about my academic projects. That’s all. At the end, we had a casual talk about my lifestyle etc.

Note:

I want to mention here during my interview I had the interview fear and was not able to maintain eye contact properly. It was noticed by HR and before leaving the interview she said to try to maintain eye contact hereafter. What I’m suggesting is to attend more mock interviews. Ask your staff or your friends to conduct mock interviews with you.
