Barclays Interview Experience For Business Analyst Internship (On-Campus) 2022

Barclays visited our college on 2nd October 2022 for a are Business Analyst (BA3) Internship.

Eligibility Criteria :

• With >= 60% score across class 10th, 12th and Engineering semesters.
• No backlogs.
• Only CS and IT branches are eligible.

Recruitment Process :

Round 1 (Online Assessment):

It was a 90-minute test conducted on the testHackerEarth platform. The test consisted of 2 coding questions one was of a Binary Tree of medium level and the second was of a Graph of Hard level. And 30 MCQs based on the CS fundamentals. It consists, of questions from C++, java, python DBMS, and the operating system. MCQs were medium level.

Round 2 (Technical and HR interview):

It was conducted on Microsoft Teams. The panelist was a friendly person. First fall he asked me to introduce myself. Then he went through my resume and asked me about my projects. He asked me to explain my project questions(my projects were based on web development (MERN stack). Then he asked me questions related to projects.

• Why you have used MongoDB as a database?
• Difference between SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Why was the NodeJS ?used in the project?
• What is Routing?

COVID-19with period. He asked me about my experience about online and offline classes and their pros and cons.
