Hello there! It’s a great opportunity for me to talk about a special and smooth onboarding placement process at Apisero Inc. The interview process here is designed to ensure that candidates have both the technical process and the well-rounded qualities needed to excel within the company. Here’s a breakdown of the process

1. Initial Screening:

The process kicks off with an initial call for candidates who have scored more than 90% in their academic records. As I am having good marks in academics and I was the Chairperson of the IEEE Student Branch in the college. This was my biggest advantage to jump into this. This stage aims to shortlist candidates who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievements.

2. Technical Assessment:

Shortlisted candidates then move on to the technical assessment phase. This includes two consecutive HackerEarth exams. These exams cover a variety of aspects, including multiple-choice questions (MCQs), bug-finding questions, and coding challenges. The technical assessment evaluates candidates’ coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of object-oriented programming concepts in Java. Some advanced questions are also included to gauge the depth of technical knowledge.

3. HR Round:

Following the technical assessment, there’s a straightforward HR round. This round focuses on evaluating candidates’ general knowledge, communication skills, and their fit within the company’s culture. This stage ensures that candidates have the right attitude and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively.

4. CEO Round:

The standout phase of the interview process is the CEO round. This round delves into the candidate’s awareness of current affairs and political matters. Specifically, discussions center around the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and the Prime Minister of India, along with their respective roles and achievements. This round not only assesses the candidate’s general awareness but also their ability to relate broader political and social contexts to their potential role within the company.

5. Conclusion:

The Apisero Inc. interview process is a comprehensive evaluation that considers both technical prowess and broader knowledge. This approach helps the company identify candidates who are not only proficient in their technical skills but also well-rounded individuals who can contribute effectively to the organization’s success.
