Apisero Interview Experience for SDE (Off-Campus)

I got to know about this opening via my colleague. I applied from the company site and got a reply in 2-3 days. So, there was a total of 4 rounds, and it takes a week time to conduct all.

Round 1: Online Assessment: A link was sent that redirects you to the online assessment test. The test needs to get completed in 2 hours and contains questions based on:

• Java (debugging & tell the output)
• Database
• Cloud
• 2 coding questions

Round 2: Technical Interview: After clearing Online Assessment there was a Technical Interview that lasted for about 45 minutes. It starts with introductions and is followed up by a technical discussion. Most of the questions were from

• Core Java
• Cloud
• Version Control Tools

Round 3: CTO Round: It was face to face interview with the CTO of the company. It started with the introduction of the organization & last for around 30 minutes.  Questions were around:

• Previous Experiences
• Some Technical Questions from Java & Cloud
• Few Aptitude Questions.

Round 4: HR Round: The HR round was the final Round. It starts with introductions & HR explaining the Role for which I was being hired followed up by some basic questions like strengths, weaknesses, why you want to change, etc. Lastly, a salary discussion happened.

• Offer was released 1 week after HR Round.
• Overall interview experience was good. HR was very cooperative.
• Main focus was to check you Java, Cloud, and Database basics.
