It was an On-Campus Placement Drive. Around 160 students appeared for the test, out of which 34 got shortlisted for interviews and 7 got selected. There were 4 rounds in total.

Recruitment Process:

  1. Test: Aptitude and Technical Test. Aptitude was of medium to hard level. The technical test had Java and JavaScript MCQs (As the company works in Java mainly).
  2. Technical Round – 1: Discussion around my Project. Reverse a Linked List, What is an API, Discussion around Databases, What are CRUD operations, Virtual and Friend Function.
  3. Technical Round – 2: Bubble Sort, Binary Search, SQL Queries, Swap two strings without using a third variable, Diff between delete and truncate. (Even if you are unfamiliar with Java you still have the chance, it just depends on how well you present yourself to the interviewer. In my case, I had worked with C/CPP/JS only and still got placed.)
  4. HR Round: Introduction, followed by family background, Why Alert, What do you know about Alert, How will the company benefit from you, What are your five-year plans, etc.

Level of Interview:

  • The level of interviews was easy, Just be Confident, Communicate well and Show interest in the Company.
  • For preparation, I would suggest basic DSA, SQl, and Projects and be well aware of the language you code in
