My Airtel’s Company interview was on-campus in offline mode. First, my resume was shortlisted and Then the children whose resumes they had shortlisted, they are in offline mode for further processing.

I was getting very nervous at starting of the group discussion but I well thought about the main points of the e-learning startup and after 2-3 children spoke, I spoke my points. I spoke for 2-3 minutes about the pros and challenges of e-learning. After 10 minutes Then our GD round is over. When all the group rounds were over, the list of shortlisted children came. And I was so happy when I saw my name on the shortlisted student list.
Then I got a call for a personal interview.
