Accenture Interview Experience For System and Application Services Associate

I have attended an interview with Accenture for System and Application Services Associate role. There were 5 rounds conducted in the hiring process. The first round was Mock Assessment, second round was cognitive assessment, third round was communication test, third round was technical assessment and last round was the interview round.

Mock Assessment:

It was a 10 minutes test to practice and get familiar with the aseessment round. This is a mandatory round. The candidate must attend this round.

Cognitive Assessment:

This round consists of 3 sections. The first section was english ability where comprehensions, grammatical questions were given. The second section was Critical thinking and Problem solving where basic programming questions were asked. The last section was Abstract Reasoning. In this round some logical questions were given.

Technical Assessment:

This is an optional round but scores of the technical assessment will be factored into the overall selection process score which will determine final selection. In this round Technical questions related to basic programming, core technical skills, programming languages, databases, frameworks, etc. were asked. And also basic coding questions were asked like they gave a question and asked to code and solve the given question.

Communication Round:

In this round there were some recorded questions were given like Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, Pronunciation. We need to answer those questions and our answers will be recorded and sent to the recruiters for review.

Interview:

In the interview round there were technical questions were asked related to technical skills, programming languages, databases, frameworks etc. Questions related to projects mentioned in the resume and Some scenario based questions were also asked. And HR questions like self introduction, about college, skills, strengths etc were also asked.
