Accenture Interview Experience for Associate and Adv Software Engineer

The first company that came to our campus for 2024 batch placements was Accenture. They sent the registration forms on 15 July 2023.

Round 1 (Cognitive and Technical Assessment) –

Our test was scheduled on 15 Sept 2023 and 16 Sept 2023. Test held at College labs and officials from Accenture were also present there for invigilation.

Aptitude was very easy. Make sure to prepare for MS Office, Cloud, and Networking. Out of 350 students, 80-90 were selected for the next rounds.

Note – Recession was affecting a lot at that time.

Round 2 (Communication Assessment) –

You will get the link of this test in 2-3 days.

It is a non-elimination round. Make sure to give your best shot here. Just do a mock test of any communication assessment from YouTube that will be more than sufficient for this.

Round 3 (Virtual Interview) –

Basically, This round depend more on your interviewer. I was not asked any of the technical questions but my fellow friends were grinded a lot on their Projects, so make sure to prepare your projects as well as your resume well.

Questions asked from me –

• Give your introduction.
• Tell about trending technologies.
• Speak 3 minutes on any of the trending technology you know.
• Any experience as a team lead.
• What difficulties you faced during team lead.
• How you overcome that difficulties.

Mostly how you communicate is what matters mostly in the interview here. So try to give as many mock interviews as possible with your friends or anyone else.
