Recently, I had the opportunity to interview for the role of Software Engineer at Accenture Company. The interview process consisted of three rounds: an online aptitude test, a technical interview, and a HR interview. Here’s a breakdown of my experience and the questions asked in each round:

Online Aptitude Test

The first round was an online aptitude test comprising questions on logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability. With 70 questions to be answered in 70 minutes, time management was crucial. While the questions were of moderate difficulty.

Technical Interview:

The second round, conducted via video call, was a technical interview. The interviewer was friendly and inquired about my projects, programming skills, and understanding of data structures and algorithms.

HR Interview:

The final round, also conducted via video call, was the HR interview. The interviewer was affable and delved into topics such as my educational background, work experience, and personal interests. Sample questions included:

  • Why do you aspire to work for Accenture Company?
  • Can you discuss your strengths and weaknesses.
  • What are your career aspirations?
  • How do you manage stress and pressure in the workplace?
