Zessta Software Services Interview Experience (On-Campus)

Embarking on the journey of on-campus placements at GIET University, Gunupur, I found myself facing the rigorous selection process of Zessta Software Services. The experience, while challenging, was ultimately rewarding, and I am thrilled to share the highlights of my successful placement.

ROUND 1: ONLINE TEST

The initial round comprised a blend programming assessments.. The technical section delved into snippet-based inquiries, memory allocation, data structures, and Array and string-related problems. Programming problems were evaluated based on difficulty, requiring code solutions.

ROUND 2: TECHNICAL ROUND (TWO)

The technical rounds were intense, focusing on Data structure and algorithms , and coding problem-solving. The scrutiny of projects included questions on uniqueness, recognition, improvements, and future scope. The shortage of time led to a condensed two-round technical interview, exploring topics like Array, Binary search algorithm and Tree coding questions and some sorting algorithms, and alternate solutions for online test errors. The emphasis was on Problem soving skills, , and in-depth Data structure knowledge.

ROUND 3: HR ROUND

The HR round involved a mix of questions about Juniper, the candidate’s background. Questions about other job offers, reasons for potential rejection, and a comparison added depth to the conversation. The interview also touched upon personal interests and motivations, urging candidates to inquire about the company.
