First Interview Experience

This is my first-ever interview experience. It was for the Full Stack Developer role at Younglabs Innovations Pvt. Ltd. So, I got this interview scheduled after the submission of the assignment and at first I was very nervous about the interview as I had never given any interviews.

Technical Round

The first round was a technical round, in that, I was asked about the projects that I had built like how I have done authentication and what libraries I have used for the frontend design, etc., and some questions about javaScript like amongst Let, Var, and Const which is globally scoped and which is block scoped etc. and some questions about data structures as well like how to sort an array and reverse a string, etc.

Managerial Round

Then the second round was the managerial round in which I was asked some personal questions like my age, college timings, etc. Along with that, I was also asked about my preferred locations, and then salary negotiations were done.

Verdict

Got selected for the 3 months internship, but none of the locations were suited for me so I wasn’t able to accept the offer.
