Write Work Experience

Once you complete the article, you can use the preview button to see how it looks and after that submit it for review and the status of your article will become Pending. When the team reviews your article and if they want you to change or improve some content the team will give you feedback in comments under the article and saves your article status to Awaiting Author. Finally, after you made all the required changes, your article status becomes In-Review, which means it has been approved and is going to get published soon. When your article gets published, the status of your article becomes Published.

I worked in [XYZ] Company for 1 year, it was an amazing journey filled with personal growth, valuable learning experiences, and wonderful memories. On the first day, I had a mixed feeling of excitement and nervousness. Everything was new to me, from the office environment to the company’s culture and processes. Although my overall experience was good there were a few aspects that were challenging for me. The communication within the team was inconsistent and this caused some delays in project timelines. Limited opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company structure.

The workplace is friendly and encouraging. They support sharing ideas and working as a team. You can get opportunities for learning and growing, with the training and mentorship program. The timing was flexible and had a remote work option you can opt for it also.

Overall, my time as a full-stack engineer at [xyz] has been beneficial. The company culture and team dynamics have created a supportive and collaborative environment where ideas are valued and communication is open. I appreciate the learning opportunities and growth initiatives available, such as workshops and mentorship programs, which have helped me enhance my skills. With the focus on work-life balance, flexible hours, and remote work choices, I’ve been able to keep up a happy and healthy lifestyle. I appreciate the general comments and consideration of my time at this organization.
