Round 1: 

• CV Review – In this round, the interviewer will review your resume to assess your qualifications and experience.

Round 2:

• Written Test – Coming to round 1 which is, the online assessment round. There were two sections that were covered in this round, which are namely, Aptitude Test – Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative, and Written Communication Test. Whereas, each of the Verbal, Analytical, and Quantitative sections was conducted for 20 Questions each respectively. And the time given to complete each section is 20 Minutes. Later, subjected to Written Communication Test, in which 10 questions have been asked and that should be completed in 20 minutes.

Round 3:

• Step Plus Interview – In this round, the interviewer will ask you about the company, your background, and specific questions related to your CV. The purpose of this round is to assess your fit for the Wipro WILP program and your potential for growth within the company. Here, the candidate’s technical skills have been tested. Some of the questions that are asked in this round are:

ABOUT YOURSELF :

1. Tell me about yourself.
2. What are your strength and weakness?
3. What has been your greatest failure?
4. Why you are getting low marks in your Board exams?
5. How quickly do you adapt to new technology?
6. What is your Future plan?
7. Do you have any questions for us?
8. What is your hobby?

ABOUT COMPANY :

1. What do you know about Wipro?
2. Who is the CEO of Wipro?
3. How you will be beneficial from this WILP program?
4. How you will see yourself in the company in the next 5 years?
5. Are you comfortable working with Night Shift?

SKILL TEST :

1. How many programming languages do you know?
2. difference between OOPs and Procedural Programming?
3. Tell Me about your Projects.
4. Difference between SQL & ORACLE?
5. How many types of Machine Learning?
6. What is Polymorphism?
7. What is Inheritance?
8. How Java differs from C++?
9. How many types of Frameworks do you know?

Interviewers asked these types of easy questions and you need to give the answer to these questions confidently. If you don’t know the answer of any questions you just tell them confidently I don’t know sir or I can’t recall this right now, and I will try to give my next answer to your questions.

Final Round:

Offer Letter – If you successfully complete the Step Plus round, you will receive an offer letter from the company. If you do not pass the Step Plus round, you will have another chance to another interview in future you don’t need to give Written Test.
