UBS Interview Experience 2023

In the campus placement drive our resumes got submitted. On the basis of resumes, students were shortlisted.

Many students were shortlisted for the assessment process.

Process of Interview

Round 1: Coding Assessment
In this round, the shortlisted candidates got the opportunity to sit in the coding assessment round in this round 2 questions you need to code were of medium to high level of difficulty.

Round 2: Technical Interview 

Around 40 students got shortlisted. for the interview round. Once you can shortlisted you will get the timings of the interview a day after the assessment. In the interview, interviewers were very friendly, in the beginning, they asked me for my introduction, about my internship which I was doing at that time. Then they asked me to code two DSA questions, one was an easy array question and the other was of hard level from the linked list. I did the coding part and explained the brute force approach and the optimal approach for the linked list question then they started discussing the projects I have made. I started by explaining the objective and the features of the project then they asked me about databases, and the structure used, they gave me a few test case scenarios in which I have to perform JOIN in tables and find the desired output. This was the tricky part of the interview.
Then in the same interview, they asked me a few HR questions as well like future aspects of the skills I have, if I am comfortable with relocating, etc. Then the interview ended after asking me if I have any questions for them

Total 3 candidates were finally selected.
