TCS Interview Experience

As we all Know TCS is such a multinational Company in India , Every student have dream to work with such Giant company. TCS recruits on-campus as well as Off-Campus. So I am talking about Off-Campus as I am from tier 3 college , No company visited to my campus so I am decided to prepare for off campus, To getting into TCS through off-campus TCS conducted NQT Exam in every 3 month if you get good marks and TCS recruits then you get interview mail for sure.

 In my Case TCS hiring for 2022 Batch I applied for that my exam was conducted remotely in September after 20-25 days I received an email from TCS that I shortlisted for an Interview. 

Interview:

My interview was scheduled on 29th of November 2021  Interview started from

Introduce Yourself: I Introduce myself my educational background, skills that I have, projects, Hackathons I participated in, Achievements, the open-source contribution I did.

So as I mentioned Hackathons so they asked me what you did in it So they all are coding Hackathons so I mentioned that So they asked me which language you used in I said JAVA.

Then they asked me which language I used in NQT exam I said JAVA so they told me that Rate yourself in JAVA I said 10/10. 

so they asked me another question you know other languages or not I said yes I know C, C++, python as well then they asked me to explain projects that I did I explain it for minute we discuss on projects and my interview was done. 

In night I received another mail from them that you have selected for next round and your HR was scheduled on next day at 12 P.M. 

HR Interview: So it was 1:1 discussion with HR they asked me about my family background, then asked for Can I ready to relocate and work in shifts and programming language that I knows that’s it So over all It was an great interview Experience after 12 days I received my Offer letter.

Tips:

• So during the Introduction question, you have to introduce yourself in brief so they can know what you did and what you know so they asked questions from that . 
• Be confident when you tell all of this and try to avoid mention some funky project to impress recruiter try to be real and mentioned such project only which you know really and work on it so that’s make simple for you to discuss project in interview .
