Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Management and Technology Raipur is one of the best private colleges located in Chhattisgarh. I get into this college in the year 2021. I am pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. In a very short span of time, SSIPMT has become a well-known institute in Chhattisgarh. They worked hard to make relationships with big companies like NVIDIA and Adobe. Having more than 500+ companies visiting the campus. SSIPMT has also shown its excellence in various national-level certifications like NAAC A+ accreditation and NBA accredited branches and many others.

About Campus:

SSIPMT Raipur has there academic buildings, one administrative building, two buildings for hostels (separate for boys and girls), two temples, one canteen, and one more under-construction building. They also have separate parking areas for staff and students. Nevertheless, they also offer paid bus services to students as well as staff from Raipur, Durg, and Bhilai cities.

First-Year Experience:

There is a separate building for first-year students. The campus is totally Ragging Free. In the first year only teachers can interact with students and seniors need to get permission to interact with first-year students. Since there is no syllabus difference between different branches therefore no class is segmented. The teachers are very polite and understanding. They help to build the base for a bright future.

Second-Year Experience:

This is the time when students start involving with the various events teams. They got so many opportunities to follow their passion. Various clubs are open to get into and lead as well. Interactions with the seniors start and everything starts changing. Between so much of fun and happiness, academics are not left behind. Regular assignment checks and class tests are conducted to maintain the discipline of studying hard. Expert talks with the company speakers and aluminizes are arranged to keep the students motivated.

Third Year Experience:

The 3rd year starts with a vocational training of 45 days. Students need to prepare a project as soon as the college starts. This wasn’t an easy task because it was the first time students had learned a real-world technology and implemented it within a very short span of time of 45 days. After this everything is like the 2nd year, the pattern is followed.

Fourth Year Experience:

The fourth year is a complete practical learning-based year, most of the time is spent for internships, and other time is spent in interviews and placements. Minor and Major projects are the most important part of 4th year.

Campus Environment:

It is a mixed environment for innovation, creativity, art, and academics. According to the situation the environment on campus changes. It is a very good part of college life so that all the occasions can be celebrated with good energy and happiness.

Collage Fest:

AGRESITA is the annual technical and cultural festival of SSIPMT Raipur. It consists of many technical and cultural competitions, EDM nights, and also celebrity performances as well.

The college also hosts regular hackathons in collaboration with the Computer Science Society of India like 48-hour hackathons, 24-hour hackathons, and also few hours hackathons.

Placements:

SSIPMT is the best placement provider in all over Chhatisgarh. No private college in Chhattisgarh is better then SSIPMT Raipur in comarision of placements. In past four years, SSIPMT has accieved 100% placements in Computer Science and its sub brances.

TPO of SSIPMT works hard with the students to get best and most valuable placement to start their carrier. The avarage pakage in the year 2022-23 was 5.8 lpa which was rassed to 10.2 lpa in the year 2023-24.
