Poshmark India Interview Experience for Internship

There were total 4 rounds

First Round(OA Round): It has some MCQ and easy to Medium DSA problems the major concern is time because for each question you will get a separate time limit .

The time and space complexity is very loose even boot force will also pass all the test cases.

Second Round: In this round, the interviewer mainly focuses on the questions which were in the first round (OA round).

Interviewer will ask you to explain the solutions which were submitted by you in the OA round for each question in a very detailed manner like why you took this data structure only is there any way to optimize it (space or time).

Third Round: In this round, they ask easy DSA questions they only want to test whether you are able to write or not.

• They asked to print the frequency of each element in an array.
• Difference between BST and normal Binary tree.
• The difference between array and liked list data structures use cases of both of them and a few more similar basic questions are not tough very easy.

Then HR called me and asked for a profile that I am comfortable with I told her that for the backend but still, she decided to my resume for the frontend team as my experiences are more towards React and more frontend tools.

Fourth Round: This round is scheduled with the engineering manager of the frontend team, He was very calm and helpful in nature.

• He first introduced himself and then asked me to introduce him.
• He started asking questions about my projects which were mainly in react I explained everything.
• Then he asked me to write some HTML and CSS codes to show some names and just below that show Time of that moment(it was easy I did that)
• He asked me to ask some questions I asked about the tech-stack used by the team, He replied VueJs and for the backend first layer NodeJs, and for the backend second layer Ruby.

OVERALL INTERVIEWS WERE SIMPLE, THEY ONLY TESTED THE BASIC UNDERSTANDING AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN …..
