Chapter 444 IAMNEO interview process, Coding Qualification Round. This is an online test designed to assess a candidate’s job skills and suitability for the job. The exam includes a variety of coding challenges covering a range of programming concepts and problem-solving skills. Difficulties range from beginner to medium. Although it was a bit difficult, I completed the test in the given time.

Round 2 – Live Solution Code: After completing the Coding Qualification Round, I was invited to Round 2 with the Live Solution Code. At this stage, I was asked to solve the problem by simulating a real scenario that the company often encounters. This challenge requires me to find good solutions and be able to solve difficult problems. I find this tour very interesting because it allows me to showcase my problem-solving and coding skills. Interviewers Poomani and Vignesh gave valuable advice during this interview that helped me further develop my solution.

Round 3 – Interview: After the resolution, I had an interview with Poomani and Vignesh. This interview combines behavioral questions. Poomani and Vignesh started by discussing my background, previous work, and jobs listed on my resume. They then proceed to ask questions about data design, algorithms, and software development processes. The questions are thought-provoking and I appreciate the opportunity to share my knowledge and solutions. Poomani and Vignesh also asked about my knowledge of specific programming languages ​​and tools used by IAMNEO. We also talked about how I approach challenges and contribute to collaboration in a team environment. They are particularly interested in learning my communication and collaboration skills, as these skills are essential to success in work cultures. Overall, the interview was conducted in a friendly and professional manner. Poomani and Vignesh seem to be interested in my skills and abilities in the IAMNEO team.

Onboarding: In this step, we discuss the details of the job, the compensation package, and job opportunities. I had the opportunity to ask questions about the company culture, development opportunities, and the job I would be working on.I appreciate the clarity provided at this meeting that helped me decide to join IAMNEO.

Result: My interview at IAMNEO was good and informative. The company’s interview process was well structured and complete, giving me the opportunity to demonstrate my skills and problem-solving skills. Interviewers Poomani and Vignesh were professional and efficient and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I appreciate the opportunity to join the IAMNEO team and contribute to their new work. I believe that the company’s work culture and commitment to excellence coincide with my work ethic.
