Oracle Interview Experience for Server Technology Role (On-Campus) 2023

Round 1: Coding Round

Coding Test with 4 sections.

• Include 2 DSA questions.
• 10 MCQs for Aptitude & Reasoning
• 10 MCQs for English

I was able to solve 1 question completely. I was selected for Interview Process.

Round 2 differences: Technical Interview

The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and asked me if I am good at all the skills that I mentioned in the resume. He asked me about various git commands and the differences b/w git merge and git rebase.

Then he proceeded with some HTML questions and asked me to generate a random password for him which includes at least one Uppercase lowercase and special character. I wrote the code for that in Javascript.

And then He asked me a question.
Removed k largest digits in a number, what will be the resultant number?

I told them my approach and he was happy with it.

Round 3: Technical Interview – 2

This round was purely about the projects I did and was happy with all the responses to his questions.
He asked me a question based on strings.

Given an alphanumeric string, sort only numeric characters in the string and return the resultant string

I told my approach after thinking for 2-3 mins.

Round 4: HR Interview

I was asked How would I manage in various situations and How well I can be working as a team.
How hardworking I can be? He asked me about the use cases of projects done by me. I answered them pretty good

Final Verdict: Not Selected.
Probably In HR Round. I haven’t performed well.
