So, M/S Nokia came on-campus for the role of 11 months Internship.

Location: Bangalore

There were 2 to 3 to 4 rounds subjective to student performance on the interview and the company’s decision whether to take 1 more round or not for that particular round.

Round 1 Online Assessment: The company completed its first online test on the AMCAT platform. This test was done through the AMCAT website and had five different parts, each with a specific time limit.

  • CS Core Concepts 25 MCQ (35 minutes)
  • Quantitative aptitude 16 MCQ (25 minutes)
  • Logical reasoning 14 MCQ (14 minutes)
  • Verbal Ability 22 MCQ (25 minutes)

2 Coding Questions (45 minutes)

The OA was easy and most of the problems can be tackled by reading company-specific articles on GeeksforGeeks.

The result came after a week and students were sorted into their respective roles beforehand subject to their selection.

There were 2 roles: 1) MN (Mobile Network)

2) CNS (Cloud Network Services)

MN students had 3 to 4 rounds while CNS students only had 1 technical interview.

I was in CNS and have to prepare accordingly.

The interview was scheduled after a week after the result of the OA.

Round 2 Technical Interview: interviewee was a team lead in the 5G 6G department. She asked a lot of questions from OOPS like Polymorphism and examples and also Inheritation and how Interface solves Diamond Anomaly also Enumeration. After grilling for like 20 minutes on OOPS she proceeds further with software methodologies like Waterfall Model and Agile frameworks. Then she gave 3 coding questions to implement the Implementation of array list, string palindrome, and object array implementation.

Some go-through of projects were also asked which could be easily tackled using the STAR method.

Overall the process was smooth and ended in about 50 minutes.

Results came after 6 days

Result: Selected

Grateful.
