NOI Technologies is a software company in Jaipur, Rajasthan. I approached the company recruiter through LinkedIn by first asking if they are hiring freshers. Being a fresher I’m not exposed to much of the technologies and have 0 experience but only my skills and my confidence to showcase. Any XYZ person is not an expert in each and every tech that can fulfill the demand of any company, and so am I. The recruiter asked me to share my CV so did I,

The next day I received an email regarding the schedule of my interview. The interviewer was very calm and I felt very comfortable while establishing a conversation with him.

The interview started with Introduce yourself. He had a clear view of my Resume, the questions that were put up to me goes like this:

  • Which is your primary programming language?
  • Did you work on some projects during your under graduation degree?
  • Kindly Elaborate on them, and also show.

As I had my projects in Android, so now the questions asked were:

  • What is a fragment?
  • Explain the Activity life cycle.
  • What is a Layout Inflater?
  • What is a View Group?

Finally, they asked a lot of questions about Core Java.

  • What is an Anonymous Class?
  • What is an Abstract Class?
  • What is the use of the implements keyword?
  • HashMap and HashTable.
  • What is the use of the Super keyword?
  • Abstraction vs Encapsulation.
  • Is Multiple Inheritance achievable in Java?
  • How is Java secure?
  • How many catch blocks can be there with one try block?
  • What is a final block?
  • What is a Daemon thread?
  • Can String Class be extended?
  • Can a constructor be final?
  • Work of a Garbage Collector.
  • Abstract Class vs Interface.

and more…

Next, they discussed the role and stipend regarding the post they offered which is Trainee Software Engineer. Also regarding the relocation and work culture.

Hope the article helps you well! Good Luck:)
