After graduating, I was offered an interview for the role of US IT Recruiter at NLB Services, and I’d like to share my experience with you.

So after I completed my graduation, I got to know about the US IT recruiter role and applied for the role through the company’s job website, and after that within a few days, I received a call from the HR department. The HR Manager conducted a telephonic interview, where I had to give a brief introduction, and we discussed my background, skills, and knowledge related to IT recruitment. It was an excellent opportunity for me to showcase my knowledge and passion for the field.

After the Telephonic Round, I was given an assignment that focused on psychometric questions, such as numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, situational judgment, and logical reasoning. I was delighted to have the opportunity to demonstrate my problem-solving and analytical skills. I was given one day to do the task, and I gave it my all. I submitted my entire assignment on time after thoroughly examining the questions.

A few days later, I got a call from the HR team telling me that I had been selected to move on to the next round. This time, the interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. I have to admit that as I got ready for this important step, I had mixed feelings of excitement and nervousness. We covered a few of the responsibilities of the position in greater detail during the interview, and I was able to demonstrate my knowledge of the market, methods for recruiting candidates, and capacity for productive teamwork. I was assured of my performance because it went so well.

After the Personal Interview with the hiring manager, I advanced to the final round, which was with the company’s director. This was a huge chance, and I worked hard to make a good impression. The director interviewed me about my long-term goals, approach towards dealing with problems in the recruitment process, and ability to create and sustain connections with clients and applicants.

I appeared for the interview, relying on my talents and knowledge of the recruitment procedure. I was able to convey my enthusiasm for IT recruitment as well as my commitment to producing great results. I was delighted to know immediately after the interview that I was selected for the position of US IT Recruiter at NLB Services.

Overall, the interview process at NLB Services was rigorous but rewarding. It allowed me to showcase my skills, demonstrate my enthusiasm for the role, and connect with key decision-makers within the company. I was thrilled to have been selected for this opportunity and looked forward to contributing to the success of the company’s recruitment efforts.

I believe this experience further fueled my passion for IT recruitment, and I was excited to embark on this new journey with NLB Services.
