Navi Technologies Interview Experience for SDE1 (On-Campus)

Status: New grad, BTech, Electrical, Tier 1 college

Date: December 1, 2023

Coding Test (2 hours):

Don’t remember the questions.

18 were selected for interview process.

Technical Round (1 hour):

3 DSA questions were given, and I was asked to quickly tell the approach and write the code on paper.

I was able to answer all the questions (took a hint for 2nd question), 8 out of 18 were selected for round 2.

Technical + HR Round (1 hour)

This was basically a discussion round on my CV.

• My project that was mentioned in the CV was thoroughly discussed and many cross-questions were asked.
• Then there was a long discussion on my internship project.
• Why do you want to join NAVI?
• How would you approach designing the digital lending section of our app if you were hired in 2018.

All the 8 guys were finally selected.
