I wanted to share my experience interviewing for the Software Engineer position at Msys Technologies.
The interview process consisted of a series of virtual interviews with 5 – 10 candidates along with HR. Prior to the interviews, I received a confirmation email with the details of the interview schedule and the position I applied for. There are a total of 4 rounds for the selection process.
- Online Assessment Test
- Virtual HR Interview
- Virtual Group Discussion.
- Virtual Manager Round.
During the Online Assessment Test, I was asked to solve a coding challenge related to data structures and algorithms. Along with the coding round I need to solve arithmetic and reasoning questions.
In the virtual interviews, I met with 5 – 10 members, including the Senior Software Engineer, and a HR. The interviews were focused on assessing my technical skills, coding abilities, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work collaboratively with others.
The interviewers asked a variety of technical and behavioral questions to assess my experience, skills, and fit for the role. They also provided me with insights into the company culture, values, and vision, and I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the team and the projects they were working on.
Overall, I believe the interviews went well. I was able to showcase my technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, and I enjoyed the opportunity to engage with the team members and ask them questions. I was also impressed by the company culture, which emphasized collaboration, learning, and innovation.
After reflecting on the interview, I remain excited about the opportunity to work at Msys Technologies. I think the position aligns well with my skills and experience, and I believe I would be a good fit for the team. I plan to follow up with the hiring manager to express my interest and ask any additional questions.
Thank you for spending your time to read my experience, I hope it’ll be helpful to you.
