Mphasis Interview Experience for Trainee Software Engineer 2023

I appeared for the Mphasis (Aptitude + Reasoning ) and followed by SVAR Round, Technical round and last HR Discussion. In Total 4 rounds were there.

1st Round – As usally written test which include Aptitude and Reasoning based Question. major part coverd by question like Bar Charts and Data Interpretation and rest were normally question covered. Prepare well for English language based related question.

2nd Round – On this round, they will send out one mail prior to your test which will contain all test data for your test. this will be conduct over voice call and system will going evalute on the terms like –

Reading Section – it will ask you read the following sentance from mail [ around 5 sentance will there ].

Hear and speak – System will narrate a sentance for you and after beep sound you need to reapeat same sentance.

Answer the question – Again System going to narrate a short convertion between 2 people, and based that one question will there. ( 1 question )

Vocabulary – Vocabulary based multiple choice question ( 1 question )

Grammar – Grammar based multiple choice question ( 1 question )

3rd Round – It was in person round on venue.

• Normally a Tell me about yourself ?
• What was your Major subject in B.E ?
• What and all language are you aware about and which language are you comfortable to code ?
• What is OOPS Concept ?
• What is purpose of TRY and Catch block.
• Exception and Error
• String Builder and String Buffer
• What all methode Object class has ?
• Can two object share same hashcode ?
• HashTable and HashMap ?
• A coding question like –
• Print 1 to 10 and 10 to 1 by using single for loop and it should call only ones.

Output – 1, 2,3,4, 5,6,7,8,9,10,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

4th Round – HR Discussion

1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Which are you native and can you briefly tell about it including like famous things and etc.
3. What was your hobby and free time activity for you.
4. I told her watching movie as hobby so follow up question give a quick summary for last moview you watched.
5. Why you want to join Mphasis ?
6. Then normal question like are you willing relocate and work time flexible.
