MoveInSync Interview Experience (On-Campus)

Hello everyone, I am going to share information about the MOVEINSYNC on-campus examination and interview process.

So, MOVEINSYNC came to our college in January and everyone who has registered for it got a chance to sit in the process. It started like the first they visited our campus, we had a small pre-placement talk with the management.

After this, we headed to labs where we had to appear for the DSA round. We were provided 3 DSA questions which were medium LEETCODE problems, you can easily complete 1 or 2 questions. After this round most students were not able to clear, so very few were shortlisted for further rounds. Students were given 1 hour of rest in between after the second round of interviews started and students were asked questions according to the profile they opted for. In our college, it came for frontend and backend roles. Backend Role students were asked questions mostly about the backend and also some DSA questions, same with frontend role. A third round was also conducted where some more deep and advanced level questions were asked about the same. So, this was the whole process followed by MOVEINSYNC, and students who cleared all three rounds were given (INTERN + PPO) in the Bangalore office
