LTI visited my college and conducted the hiring process in 4 Rounds.

Round 1(Aptitude):

Quant, Verbal, and Technical questions were asked in the Aptitude round.

Round 2:

It was a coding round in which two questions were asked. Both questions were easy to medium difficulty level and I was able to solve both.

Coding questions were very simple and based on arrays and stacks. The one who solved both coding questions was selected for interviews.

Round 3(Technical Interview):

The interview was scheduled early in the morning and Interviewer was very good. First, she asked me to introduce myself and then she started asking questions.

The following are the questions :

  • Questions about projects
  • Oops, concepts—explain the five pillars of OOPS in detail.
  • She has asked me to solve some pseudocode ->  based on function overloading and overriding.
  • Then she asked me to write palindrome code.
  • What are class loader, and bootstrap loader?
  • Arrays type of initialization.
  • Static keyword in C++.
  • Some other basic technical questions are based on DBMS and OS.
  • What is your weakness, and strengths? Do u have any location constraints?

Round 4(HR):

It was held after a few days of technical rounds and HR was really cool. First, he asked me to introduce myself, and then he asked me about my project and a few questions to check my communication like why I want to join LNT, what technology I’m interested in, do I have any location constraints, etc.

At last, he asked me if I have any questions for him. After 2-3 weeks we got a result and I was selected.

I hope this will help you in a certain way (Tips: Good preparation of aptitude, knowledge of DSA, technical knowledge, and good communication skills).
