My Interview experience with Lloyds Technology Centre for the role of Software Engineer was good. The hiring process consists of three rounds online assessment, technical interview, and HR Interview.

Online Assessment:

In the online assessment, there were different sections to check if you were eligible for the role or not. Some scenario-based questions were asked based on the situation given we need to answer how we react or respond to those situations. And there was a coding section where two problems were given and we needed to select our programming language and solve those coding problems.

Technical Interview Round:

This is one one-hour interview round. This interview round is divided into three parts. The first five minutes of the interview is about self-introduction. We need to introduce ourselves in brief in these five minutes. After that, they will ask coding questions based on the programming language we selected. This round is about 20 minutes. In these 20 minutes, they will give us a code and we need to debug the code also we need to explain what changes we need to make in the code and how will it work. The last round is the coding round where they will give problems based on Data Structures and Algorithm. This round is of 30 mins. In this round first, we need to read the problem and explain what is given in the problem. After explaining the problem we need to discuss what approach we are going to use to solve the problem and need to discuss its time complexity and space complexity. After discussing our code we need to code the approach and compile it. If it passes all the test cases then they will give another problem.

Second Interview Round:

After completing the technical interview they will conduct another round of interviews. In this round, they will conduct a meeting with team members and managers to assess your fit within the organization. If you are selected then they will send an offer letter and discuss the role, salary, and further onboarding process.
