Lendingkart Technologies Private Limited is a fin-tech startup in the working capital space. The Company has developed technology tools based on big data analysis which facilitates lenders to evaluate borrowers’ creditworthiness and provides other related services. They provide services including Instant working capital, Financing, Lending, Small business loans, Data Analytics, Automated Credit Decisions, and Business Loans.

Recruitment Process:

• Round 1: Online Assessment
• Round 2: Technical Interview
• Round 3: Technical Interview 2
• Round 4: HR Round

LendingKart Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management and Information Systems, or equivalent field.

Online Assessment: That was conducted on the online platform. Ask 4-5 coding questions.

Technical interview: Question-based on data structure and algorithm 2 coding problems in medium level

Technical Interview 2: low-level design like a page in fluter and Project discussion that you mention in your resume. 

HR Round:

• Discussion previous project
• Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
• Tell me about the gap in your resume.
• What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
