ITER college Admission Process Experience

Hey everyone!

Today I am going to share my admission process in my college. So, it starts like this it was the year 2020 when COVID-19 hit suddenly all over the world and impacted everyone. Even our board exams for class 12 were canceled. Then after a few months, different college forms started I applied in a few of them for the Btech courses.

I took the Saat exam which was conducted by Siksha O Anusandhan University settled in Bhubaneswar, Odisha online mode in September 2020 and free of cost. It was a new experience for me but was a good one. I think it was around 3 hours test and different sections were divided for physics, chemistry, and maths. The college name is ITER(Institute of Technical Education and Research) under SOA deemed University. After a few days, I got an mail from them that I got selected and I secured a rank of 172 overall got my favorite branch Computer Science and Engineering. As a 18 year old this was a different thing for me and I was very much excited to join my college of choice.

The tuition fee in my time was INR 2,35,000 per year so it would be around INR 9,40,000 overall in 4 years. My admission process was completed in online mode after the class 10th and 12th marksheet verification along with my Aadhar. It was a very smooth process in email mode and payment of required amount in online banking mode. My classes started on 11 Nov 2020 in online mode as it was the first time I was attending online class but it was great overall. My teachers were very good and experienced and even made new friends through online mode.

So, this was my overall admission process experience that I shared with everyone and even when the offline classes started in October 2021 there was no extra headache, the online mode process was one time so nothing extra was required in offline mode.
