Incture Technologies Interview Experience For Associate Software Engineer

Process:

It Started with a pre-placement talk.

Online Assessment:

• Contains verbal ability, quantitative ability, reasoning ability, and coding.
• Aptitude is very easy.
• The coding part contains 3 easy questions.
• Example:
  i) Print expenditure up to 2 decimals where income and savings are provided.
  ii) Find the missing number.
• All three questions in our drive are based on arrays.
• Around 100 students participated in the first round.

System Design:

• 2 problem statements are given, and you need to choose one question.
• You should be able to write its design, flowchart, technology stack, and how you will implement it.
• The question given to us is to develop an application where automobile charging availability is shown and booking can be done. It is very simple.
• Do not watch Gourav Sen’s videos for this round; it is not necessary.
• 26 students qualified for the first round and participated in this round.

Interview:

• Both HR and TR take place at the same time.
• Questions asked are self-intro, about family, the hackathon I mentioned in my resume, about my project, and Incture.
• Be attentive in pre-placement talk; those questions can be asked in the interview.
• Around 10 students qualified for the interview.

Finally, 4 members are selected, and the whole process takes place in one day.
