IIIT Dharwad Admission Experience

Eligibility Criteria

Any candidate who qualified for JEE Mains with a minimum cutoff is eligible to get admission at IIIT Dharwad. The cutoff does vary according to the branches. The branches offered by IIIT Dharwad are CSE(Computer Science Engineering), DSAI(Data Science and Artificial Intelligence), and ECE(Electronics And Communication Engineering).

Application Process

After qualifying for JEE mains, JOSAA and CSAB rounds will be conducted where candidates need to fill in their favorite colleges, and after that counseling takes place. Once you will get confirmed regarding admission you have to submit your documents like a photograph, medical certificate, caste certificate(if applicable), 12th mark sheet, 10th mark sheet, and other mentioned documents.

Entrance Exam

JEE mains exam is necessary to get admission here and the subjects included in this exam in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. Based on All India Ranks, the candidates are shortlisted for getting admission at IIIT Dharwad through JOSAA or CSAB.

Document Verification:

After the seat allotment, the candidates are required to submit their documents online to the link which would be provided to you after you get admission. The candidates need to submit the basic documents such as medical certificate, 10th and 12th mark sheet, caste certificate(if applicable), aadhar card, and once you would go to the college, you will be asked to bring a photocopy of all these and the original too.

Fee payment and  Admission Confirmation

Candidates who have successfully completed document verification are required to pay the fees within a specified time. Once the fee payment is done, admission is successful.
