Further, they have platforms for analyzing the skills of an individual so that a better picture of a seeker can be placed in front of the employer.

I received a call from HR for an open position of Software Engineer.

ROUND 1:

This was a tech interview with the mid-level software engineer. The interviewer was very keen on my profile and was curious about the tech stacks that I had worked on. He had an engaging attitude. He started with the basics of Java and springboot. Then we moved toward the coding section where he provided me with medium to hard-level questions and we ended up with some efficient approaches. Then looking at my resume, he moved slightly outside of their requirements and we had a discussion on Machine Learning algorithms and cloud technologies.

Altogether, the interviewer seemed quite satisfied and I received the update for the next round after a week or so.

ROUND 2:

This again was a tech round with a senior-level associate. He started with self-ratings on different technologies, followed by the questions. We started with Java followed by Springboot, MySQL, some basics on the front-end technologies, and finally ended with DSA questions. Each of the technology started with some theoretical questions followed by coding. He was looking for optimization and we ended up with a successful venture.

ROUND 3:

The next round was scheduled after a week and it was a techno-managerial round. The technicality now shifted towards web applications, their security aspects, log4j concepts, and some real-life scenarios. Towards the end of the session, he dived deeper into the managerial round which involved questions on failure in life, overcoming a difficult situation, and many more.

ROUND 4:

This was again a technical round that concentrated on algorithms and their optimization, approaches to Java, and some concepts on MySQL and Angular. The coding question mainly involved arrays and a linked list of medium-level difficulties.

ROUND 5 [HR ROUND]:

After a complete venture of four rounds, now was the time for an HR round. The HR asked for some feedback which I might have encountered during the whole interview process. Further he asked about the reason to join the company, why I consider myself a fit for the role and the round ended up with the final negotiation on the compensation.

I believe this post can be of help to others who are looking for new opportunities and are in progress with the company.
