FIS Interview Experience

It was an On-Campus drive for the IT Traine Role. Around 800 students were taken the test and 100 students were shortlisted for interview and I am one of them.

Round1:Online Assessment: Test Duration 90min.

• Aptitude
• Computer fundamentals
• Coding(Easy/medium level two questions)

Round2:Techincal Interview(30MIN)

• Introduction.
• Discussed briefly my projects and internships.
• Given a large dataset and In the given dataset we have to find whether a given year is a leap year or not.(Just we need to tell approach).
• What are a linked list and its application? (This question is asked as I mentioned DSA in my resume)
• What is the difference between joining and a union?
• One easy-level puzzle question.
• Two Basic HR questions.

Mostly my interview was based on my resume.

75 students moved to the HR round and I am one of them.

Round 3:HR Interview(30MIN)

• Introduction
• My strengths
• Are you able to Reallocate

After that general discussion regarding my city and family. The interviewer is very friendly and she spoke well. She told me that you will get the results next week.

Final Verdict: Guess what? NOT SELECTED(Only 23 students got selected out of 75, I don’t know  the reason why I haven’t selected after giving all answers)
