Interview process at “Eurofins On campus”  had following rounds:

Round 1: Aptitude Test

There was an aptitude test that comprised of the following:

* Quants (time & work, profit and loss, time speed and distance, etc)

* verbal (grammar, passages, etc)

*  logical (clocks, calendars, coding, decoding, relations, etc)

Round 2: Group discussion

Each batch had 8 to 10 people and were divided into 2 groups. A simple topic was given for which one group was “for the topic” and another group was “against the topic”. Our topic was online courses vs classroom teaching Later the same group that was in favour of the topic should speak against the topic and against group should speak in favour of the topic.  This was a bit difficult according to me as the points were not supposed to be repeated.

Round 3: Technical interview

This round went on for 30 to 40 min and there was no coding round. Technical interview had 2 panels that will question mainly on whatever you have mentioned in your resume. They were mainly focused on C++ but i knew Java better. So in the beginning itself i made sure that i was asked questions in java by telling them that i’m more comfortable with java. If you don’t know something, be honest. Be very thorough with your mini project programs as you will be asked to write a part of it. I was also asked simple questions on SQL.

Round 4: HR Interview

Concentrate well on the placement talk that they give in the college during campus placement because you’ll surely be asked questions on it. HR round isn’t as simple as we think. In the beginning i was asked myself, my family and my dreams and suddenly i was asked about my mini projects that i had done. Not only that I was even asked to write a small part of the code of my projects. I was also asked to write a logic for the given problem in my favourite language.
