Constient Global Solutions Interview Experience

Hi there, I recently attended the interview of Constient Global Solutions for two different roles. The interview is the same for both roles and in the final round, our role will be decided. In this article, I will explain in detail my interview experience.

• Role: Business Analyst

Round 1 :

• It is an online assessment and you can expect MCQs from Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability.
• You have to solve 60 questions in 40 minutes.
• The test will be monitored by recruiters.
• It is a mass eliminatory round. Only 24 students got selected in this round.

Round 2:

• This round will be a group discussion.
• A generic topic will be given and you have to discuss the same with your team.
• During my interview, only eight students got selected and moved further.

Round 3:

• It will be a Technical HR discussion.
• You will be asked to write a code for the given problem in pen and paper.
• Basic problems like the Fibonacci series, and finding factors using recursive functions will be asked.
• You can also expect questions from SQL and Database Management Systems.
• The shortlisted candidates will have round 4 and it is an eliminatory round.

Round 4:

• It will be a general HR discussion round.
• The common interview questions that were asked in this round are
  • Tell me something about yourself that you wish I should know before your interview.
  • What are your career goals?
  • How long will you work for the company?
  • What is your view on technology?
  • Are you willing to relocate?
  • Which role do you prefer and why?
