Hello folks, this CMRIT student has an academic duration of 2020 to 2024. The CMRIT is one of the top colleges in Telangana and Hyderabad. Now I want to share my experience with the campus and college for your reference and I guaranteed that you have never seen such a college anywhere.

Description:

CMR Institute of Technology is part of the CMR Group of Institutions which is located at Kandlakoya, Hyderabad. The Chairperson of CMRGI is Smt. Ch. Kalpana. CMR Institute of Technology is one of the best engineering Colleges for aspiring engineering students. It is one of the three colleges established by the MGR Educational Society. CMR Institute of Technology was established in 2005. with a single-minded aim to provide a perfect platform to students in the field of Engineering, Technology, and Management for their academic and overall personality development. The College has a rich tradition of soaring high with academic excellence & overall personal growth of students.

Academically challenging spirit, explorative attitude, discipline, and success are the few benchmarks of a successful career. The pragmatic learning environment at CMRIT offers every young aspirant such successful academic learning. Admission Process:

I have got college admission through the EAMCET entrance examination (The college code for EAMCET is CMRM). As all of you know the admission process is as similar as other colleges.

First Day of College:

After all the admission formalities that day came when I should have to attend the college as a fresher. But for our bad luck, everyone knows that 2020 was a pandemic due to covid. Even though our college conducted orientation day with complete safety and security in the month of October 2020. As a fresher, I was very excited and enthusiastic to spend a joyful day at college. The event was good so far and our seniors gave insight and suggestions for our next 4 years of education and learning process. After that event, our college announced online classes.

First Year of College:

As that period of time in 2020 is a pandemic and our college started online classes for the time period of 2 months. That 2 months of time is very gone crucial for us to understand the online lectures and we suffered a lot during this period of time but the faculty was very friendly and they were supported more to get out of that bad situation.

After two months of online classes, we had to back to college to take Internal Mid-term examinations directedly. All of us felt that on the first day of college. And the exams went well. After exams the will be physical classes. At that time we were exploring the campus and things integrated with the college. There are many facilities that would be satisfiable for a student such as a huge library with many books, materials, and digital books, purified water for drinking, a big ground to play many outdoor games, a well-designed infrastructure for quality education, enough busses for transportation and a canteen with quality and tasty food.

This is all about what I explored in the first semester of my first year and we didn’t even start any activities because of the pandemic situation. After the first semester, we entered the second semester with more expectations and all. As per our expectations, we started learning new things and exploring this other than academics such as interacting with new people, playing games, library hours, and NSS activities. Then our senior students started conducting technical and non-technical events. One of them I participated in was a debugging competition where they gave us some code snippets we have to find the bugs out of them as an enthusiast I cleared 2 rounds but failed in 3rd round. Like this, our first year ends with joy and fun.

Second Year of College:

In the second year, the core subject of our stream was started and we are very serious about those subjects and technologies that are included in academics. As well as we were participating in several events from our college and outside of the college also. We are eagerly gaining knowledge from these events, workshops, and competitions. As an enthusiast, I was waiting for the club formation and I was very interested in those but It’s our bad luck that again we have gone through a bad situation of covid and online classes.

After the first sem of II years, our college introduced an organization called Swecha where I enrolled as an activist or volunteer. That was a good experience for me to explore industrial knowledge.

No worries folks we were there, I know you waiting for the annual event. Yes, our college conducts the biggest annual event every year but in the First year due to covid, we were not celebrated it. But in the second year, our management announced the dates and events. One of the biggest tech fest events of our college is ILLUMINATE’2K22 which includes all the technical events and competitions held among different college students, sports tournaments, and stalls will be held on that day. Immediately on the next day, we were with the Annual Day function in the evening time for around 6 PM to 10 PM.

Apart from all these events on a serious note our placement coordinator introduced us to the CRT( Campus Recruitment Training). We have the best faculty for the training. We have started the aptitude training with best practice tests every day and with a tracker of scores. Hence we end with the second year.

Third Year of College:

In the third year first semester we started with the clubs formations in our college there are many clubs for technical and non-technical events such as Digi Club, Coding Club, Studio Club, Fine Arts Club, etc.. As well as we started a step ahead in placement with the CRT training of Technical subjects first started with C language, next, we learned CPP and finally ends with Java Programming.

As part of the third year second semester, our placements were started and our placement management conducted many events for our career guidance and career growth.

At the end of 2nd semester, the hiring process was started for campus placements. Before completing the 3rd many students were placed in good product companies with good packages.

Fourth Year of College:

As I mentioned in our college tagline, in the fourth year our college completely focused on placements. Now I am in this period I am working hard for getting a good placement. Hope I will get this as soon as possible.
