I’m a 3rd year B-Tech student pursuing my B-Tech in Computer Science Engineering at CMR Engineering College. I still remember the very first day of college I was very excited to enter the college, And after seeing the Infrastructure and the environment of the college I just loved it. The college has a really good curriculum and the college also supports the students to participate in many national level technical and non-technical events and many more things. Let me explain about my college in detail.

About CMR Engineering College :

CMR Engineering College is one of the premier private Engineering colleges in Hyderabad spreads over a vast area of 10 acres. The CMR College is authorized under the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and affiliated to JNTUH . With the commencement of CMR Hyderabad, Our College hit the list of 100 top engineering colleges in India. In the further journey, the college is also rated 5 Star under Institution Innovation Council, Ministry of Education, Govt of India and achieved ARIIA Ranking. Our college is also a ragging-free campus.

Educational :

Our college faculty has good experience in teaching and they are well trained, They always try to produce employable technical graduates with advanced technical skills to meet the current and future technological needs of the society. Students are Encouraged to do Internships right from first year of engineering. In my second year I got my first Internship . It was a great experience it also helped me to learn many things .

Innovation & Entrepreneurship:

college supports us for Startups, Promoting Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Campus with Incubation Cells. I have friends who are the part of the Incubation cells who made some pretty good innovations with help Incubation cell members.

Events:

Our college organises many technical and non technical events every Saturday. The college also organises some kind of festive events, Annual days which last long for a week, music concerts and also the traditional day as a symbol of our Indian culture etc . The events are the memorable days of my college life. I really like the music concerts that are organised very grandly in the college.

Placements And Training:

We have a Training and placement cell in the college. The Training & Placement Cell provides the infra-structural facilities to conduct group discussions, tests and interviews besides catering to other Training & Placements logistics. we have a Career Guidance Cell provide assistance and advice to us in career planning .We have also have Student Activity Clubs(SAC) like AI CLUB, ROBOTICS CLUB, ICPC CLUB , DIGITAL MARKETING CULB these clubs also support and train to excel with the cutting-edge technology. I’m also a member in AI CLUB.
