Boeing visited our college to hire students for summer intern 2022.

Their main slogan was, “Skills can be taught but passion can’t”!

Thus pertaining to this, their rounds were driven by passion and fewer technicalities.

Round 1:

It was an offline test consisting of only 1 section. There were 20 basic to advanced aptitude questions which were multiple-choice questions evolving around profit & loss, simple interest, averages, clock, train problems, logarithmic questions, etc. which were meant to test our aptitude and problem-solving skills. The level of difficulty was medium.

NOTE: There were no coding questions for the summer intern role. Although they do one coding question along with 20 aptitude questions for a full-time role.

Around 100+ students appeared for the first round.

Round 2:

16 students were shortlisted for the interviews. The interview was offline where we have to interview in front of a panel of 5 interviewers ranging from freshers to experienced. Their main motto was to test our passion. For some people, the interview was all about their projects on the resume whereas for others it was evolving around basic computer fundamental subjects like OOPs. Some of the most frequently asked questions are: What is polymorphism, encapsulation, abstraction, access modifiers etc? The interview round was comparatively easy compared to interviews with other firms.

In the final list of shortlisted candidates, 9 they selected for summer internships.

TIP: Don’t neglect your aptitude for problem-solving as you never know what comes up to you! And remember, confidence is the Key.
