Bangalore Institute of Technology Campus Experience

Bangalore Institute of Technology is an engineering college located in the heart of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Established in 1979, BIT is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

The campus is equipped with modern infrastructure, including well-equipped laboratories, libraries and hostel accommodations. We can find many Students coming from both sides of India and coastal Karnataka

In my experience,

The institute has a history of successful placements, with students securing positions in reputed companies and organizations. The institute boasts a dedicated faculty with expertise in their respective fields, contributing to the academic and research activities of the institution.

There are a lot of clubs conducted in the college like Samskruthi clubs, coding clubs, and sports clubs. To facilitate the overall personality development of students, we have more than 30 student activity clubs like XKalibre, Shuttered, LEO, Sanskriti, Rotaract etc. which conduct various technical, cultural and sports events. We have a Centre of Excellence in each Department and Incubation, Startup, Idea Lab, Skill development and other supportive and nurturing centres to emphasize designing, inventing, collaborating, and translating students’ expertise to solve a human problem

It gives us a good opportunity in participating hackathons. The college gives a massive amount of support to the students. The college conducts the yearly fest called MANTHAN students will co-ordinate and make teams and take care of the whole fest things. So this allows the student to discover more and more about themself. Sports also has been given equal importance in college.
