Accenture Interview Experience For Associate Software Engineer

Overview:

Accenture hires for multiple roles in India via both on & off-campus. One such role is Application Development Associate which was previously known as Associate Software Engineer. One can apply to these positions via the company’s career portal.

Eligibility:

This role requires a student to be in the final year of his/her Btech or a past year pass out with 0-1 years of experience. Even the BCA and MCA students can apply.

Selection Process

First, there will be a cognitive round (Maths, English, Reasoning, Technical mcqs on Cloud, Database etc)

After the cognitive round instantly goes through the coding round, which consists of 2 questions: 1 Easy level and 1 Hard level.

Third comes the communication round which was of easy-moderate level.

Finally, comes the Interview (Technical + HR).

Post Selection Process

All the rounds are qualifying in nature and have a huge impact on your candidature.Post clearing all these rounds you’ll be asked to submit your educational documents online via their portal.Which gets manually verified by an HR. Then you receive an offer letter.

Which can be accepted/rejected in 7 days, after which your candidature will be terminated.

Work-Life Balance

As a fresher Accenture will provide you with all the benefits which others in the market provide. Also, the pay range is more/competitive when compared with other companies. Initially, you’ll have training for 3 months depending on your stream. Later you’ll be allocated to a project. The work-life balance is subjective. i.e.; some days you may have to push your working hours and other days you may have less work to do.
