Accenture Interview Experience for ASE

So I am going to discuss and highlight some important points on how to crack an interview at Accenture. It was around last year i.e around August 2023 our college sent us the mail from Accenture. I filled it as soon as it came as I knew already Accenture is the 3rd largest MNC in the world and is a great place to work as a fresher. At the day of test of round 1 that was conducted in offline mode in our college labs respectively. We reached at the labs around 8 AM and the test started after an hour. There were many invigilators and the test was conducted under strict guidance.

The test was of 1.5 hours in which the questions were from reasoning, verbal ability, MS word, excel, powerpoint, numerical ability and some questions related to respective subjects like Computer Networking, Database Systems, Operating systems etc. So after the first round the result came out in 10 minutes that I am selected for the next round of coding assessment and it started, therefore. It was around 45 minutes in which 2 questions and I completed it well before time and got the next mail that I am selected for further rounds and I was just so happy. After 3-4 days communication round was conducted in online mode in which we have to listen some words and sentences and answer it with loud and clear voice. It was a non elimination round

. I was further selected for the last round that is the technical+HR interview round. It was conducted after a week of communication round. At first, I was a bit nervous that day, my interview slot was given at 10 AM in online mode. The HR was a great person, he communicated with me very sweetly. He asked me about my projects that I made in python, Mysql and Power Bi on data analysis. As I have a great interest in that sector so I answered all his questions of my project he liked it very much. I explained him all the details and then he asked some basic Oops questions like fundamentals of oops and then he gave me a code to solve. I did it and he was satisfied with my approach. Then he asked me some HR questions like about myself and my family. Overall a great experience as it was just my 2nd interview and first one in online mode. After 15 days I got a mail in September that I got selected and I cannot believe. It was one of the best moment of my life.

I think it would help a lot to other students crack the interview as they ask just some basic questions and focus on core subjects.
