Amazon Interview Experience for Virtual Customer Executive

Hello Everyone, Hope you all are doing well.
Now, let’s talk about the Amazon hiring process or selection process for the Virtual Customer Executive role.
Basically, it’s a WFH or WFO job as per the company’s requirement.
Step- 1 (Basic English Test):
- The first round focused on basic grammar knowledge.
- I have to answer 20 MCQ-type questions within 20 minutes.
- There the questions were divided into three sections Sentence Completion, Finding the missing words, and Check if the sentences were correct or not.
- The questions were very normal or easy type, if one knows basic grammar rules and sentence formation, one can crack the first step.
Step- 2 (Speaking & Hearing Test):
- We need to use a PC or Laptop and a noise-free headset.
- This round will continue for around 2-3 hours.
- First, there will be total of 5 sections where we have to listen to the audio on the screen and then repeat it immediately through the microphone.
- After that, We need to attend a demo call where we have to solve a customer’s problem, one will be able to repeat the audio maximum 2 times. Your response will be in audio format only.
- Then we need to answer some questions related to behavior.
Step- 3 (Final HR Round):
- Self Introduction
- Why should we hire you?
- Tell me about your strengths & weakness
- Will you be able to work from home for a minimum of 6 months?
- About night shift
Tips & Tricks: Be calm and polite in front of the interviewer. Go through your resume properly. Work on your Basic English.
I was selected for the role, I worked 3 months(March-2022 to May-2022)
