The process consisted of three rounds:

Round 1 – Online Assessment

It consisted of 4-5 sections:

  1. Verbal Ability
  2. Aptitude
  3. Listening (An audio was played and then we had to fill in the blank with the correct answer)
  4. Coding Question-1 (easy)
  5. SQL Question -2 queries (medium-hard)

Round 2 – Technical Interview

Topics asked- DBMS, DSA, OOPS, Projects. There were two interviewers. They asked to explain things using practical examples, rather than definitions.

  1. Explain your projects.
  2. What version of Bootstrap did you use?
  3. Why did you use ExpressJS?
  4. Difference between SQL and NoSQL databases.
  5. What are joins? Types of joins? Query for self-join on Employee table.
  6. Explain bubble sort.
  7. What is encapsulation?
  8. SQL queries – based on ORDER BY, LIKE
  9. What are constructors? Copy Constructor?
  10. Difference between abstract class and Interface.
  11. Final keyword
  12. Polymorphism. Types of polymorphism.
  13. What is a stack? Example.
  14. Composite key
  15. Indexing. Types of indexing.
  16. Code to find the sum of digits of a number.

Round 3 – HR Interview

It was a 10-15 minute interview, where common HR questions were asked. Some of them are:

  1. How was your technical interview?
  2. What are your short-term goals? Long-term goals?
  3. What do you know about our company?
  4. What are your strengths? weakness?
  5. Why should we hire you?
  6. What are your hobbies?
  7. Challenges you faced while working on group projects. How did you overcome it?
  8. Do you have any questions?
