The interview process for this particular position commenced after I applied through the Indeed job portal. During the fourth week, they reached out to me to proceed with the initial round, which was the screening round. In this round, they called me to gauge my interest in the position and asked some follow-up questions. These questions mainly focused on my salary expectations and educational background.

Subsequently, the second round took place on the same day at 9:30 pm, and it involved one of the co-founders of the company, Voiceoc. The co-founder began the round by delivering a presentation about the company and its working culture, while also providing a self-introduction. Following the presentation, the interview proceeded with a series of questions, which included:

  1. Brief introduction of myself.
  2. Where do I see myself five years from now?
  3. Why should they hire me?
  4. Discussion about my internship experiences.
  5. Questions based on my resume and the introduction I provided.
  6. How to verify if the “add to cart” functionality is working correctly and the creation of relevant test cases.
  7. One to two aptitude questions.
  8. Any questions I had for the interviewer.

The entire interview was completed within 30 minutes, covering a range of topics and assessments.

Moving on to the third round, was an assignment-based evaluation. They provided me with an assignment and set a deadline for its completion. I was required to submit the completed assignment along with any supporting documents as specified by the company.

Tips: – Mainly they check communication skills in Initial Round.
