Veersa Technologies Interview Experience

Hello! This is Jatin and I am gonna share my interview experience with Veersa Technologies for which I appeared a week ago.

So I just completed my 3rd year and immediately after the exams, my batchmates were informed about the placements. It filtered the students in three stages viz. CBT, Group discussion. The top and finally interview round.

The top 15 students who cleared the test appeared directly in the interview and by god’s grace, I was one of them. The next 30 students were filtered through group discussion.

So firstly let me tell you that I was not selected in the end but I would like to tell you what mistakes I did there.

Obviously, they asked questions deeply and it required core knowledge to answer the questions. They asked me to write code as well(on paper). They were asking questions from various domains like DSA, Development, Data Science, and ML. You can easily answer these questions if you know the basics.

One possible reason for why I got rejected is that I never focussed on my soft skills and this is the greatest advice I would like to give you all is to practice speaking skills and work on English fluency, proficiency, and pronunciation. Rest depends upon your skill set.
