NOTE: Only those candidates can apply for UP Scholarship who are the permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh or hold a domicile of UP and are enrolled in a Uttar Pradesh school, college, or university. Also, that school, college, or University has to be registered on the UP scholarship website.

Step 1: For New Student Registration

• Open the website

• Once you are registered, select ‘Student’ once again.
• Select ‘Fresh Login‘ to apply for the first time and ‘Renewal Login‘ to renew your renew your application for your selected scholarship
• Fill in the asked details and click on ‘Submit’
