Tudip Technology, Pune Interview Experience (On-Campus)

It all began in my final year, during the last semester when Tudip Technology came to recruit freshers. I decided to take part in the tests and interviews. The first hurdle was an aptitude-based round consisting of 30 questions to be completed in 30 minutes. Each question carried one mark with no negative marking. Despite initial nervousness, my prior hard work and dedicated study paid off as I cleared this round.

Next was the coding round on an IDE, featuring three questions of easy to medium difficulty to be solved within 15 minutes. Luckily, all three questions were straightforward, and I successfully cleared this round as well.

The third round involved coding on paper, with two medium-level questions to be solved within 15 minutes. While slightly more challenging, my consistent practice in solving coding problems on paper helped me overcome this hurdle too.

The fourth round was the technical interview, where I faced questions on data structures, detailed project explanations, programming language theory, pseudocode problems, math formulas, chemistry formulas, and other technical topics.

The fifth round combined HR and technical aspects. As the final stage, it was nerve-wracking. Despite sweating through the interview and anxiously awaiting the results, I managed to answer all questions correctly. When the list of successful candidates was announced, my heart raced. But amidst the chaos, when I saw my name, it was a moment of pure relief and triumph.

This experience taught me that with focus, dedication, and consistent effort, one can overcome challenges and achieve their goals. It emphasized the importance of honing relevant skills and staying committed to personal growth. So, stay focused, keep learning, and never give up on your dreams.
